Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand seasons, processing may take a bit longer, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Times

Since we work with trusted international suppliers (dropshipping model), shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Approximate delivery times:

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 7–18 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–22 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Please note: Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local courier issues, or weather conditions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 5 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight, and order value.
We also offer free shipping promotions on selected items or for orders above a certain amount — details are always displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some items may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment if this occurs.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days, please contact our support team at contact@hovenastore.com.
We’ll investigate the situation with our shipping partners and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll replace or refund your item according to our Refund & Return Policy.
