Returns & Exchanges – Hovena Store

At Hovena Store, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below. 💬✨


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with international consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging

  • Complete with all original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for intimate items, cosmetics, personal care products, or custom-made items, due to hygiene reasons.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@hovenastore.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.


2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange it for the same product, email us at contact@hovenastore.com with photos of the item and packaging.


3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

If the order has shipped, you may return it after receiving it by following the steps above.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Return Addresses

As we operate through international suppliers (dropshipping), return addresses may vary depending on the product origin.
Our support team will provide the correct address and return instructions once your request is approved.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost during return transit.
